This year we each operated from our home stations.

We "will go with the operate from home permitted by 2021 Field Day rules. We can operate under our own call signs and submit individual FD entries designating the club (or FD group) we are affiliated with, as we did last year. This does not preclude groups operating from the field with club call signs.
When you submit your FD entry, please show your group affiliation as "Boone and Hamilton Counties ARES" with that exact spelling to get the credit to the group. This also applies to any entry made for field operation by either club. You submit the entry per whatever fits the location you are at."

FIELD DAY: June 22 & 23, 2019
We had 67 cw, 16 digital and 53 phone contacts for 438 points, including
the power level bonus.
We claimed 200 points for emergency power (100 points per transmitters in
class), 100 points for public place, another 100 for media publicity and
100 for social media notice. The Webster City Freeman-Journal published
it on Thursday and a notice had been put on Facebook.
Contacts per band: 40 meters- 53, 20 meters - 42, 15 meters - 40 and 10
meters- 1.
FIELD DAY: June 23 & 24, 2018
Field Day was held at Cap Erbe Park, per usual. We had 130 phone contacts (including the GOTA station) and 6 digital contacts. We should receive 456 bonus points, including 56 for the GOTA station. We should have 284 QSO points, for a total of 740 points. The field day entry was sent in on the 20th of July.
FIELD DAY: June 24 & 25, 2017
Field Day was held at Cap Erbe Park, per ususal. From WØFS:
We had 100 cw, 3 digital and 32 SSB contacts. Beside this were 21 SSB
contacts on 20M that had no date or time logged so were not included.
Bonus points were 200 for 2 transmitters on emergency power (GOTA
station does not qualify for this), 100 points each for media publicity,
public place, W1AW Field Day message copy, natural power qso's, site
visit by elected official and 20 points for GOTA bonus.
We had 476 QSO points, 720 bonus points for a total of 1196 points
claimed. Not bad for a bunch of old burn-outs.

FIELD DAY: June 25 & 26, 2011
We had field day at Cap Erbe Park in Boone. We ran a class 2A station. The two main stations used the call sign NØN. The Get on the Air (GOTA) station used the call sign KBØTLM. Ten of the contacts on 40 meters CW were made with a solar charged battery. The rest of the contacts were made using a generator.
For the NØN stations, there were 62 CW QSO's at 5 watts and 20 SSB QSO's at 100 watts on 40 meters, 120 SSB QSO's at 100 watts on 20 meters, and 147 SSB QSO's at 100 watts on 15 meters.
For the GOTA station, there were 96 SSB QSO's at 100 watts.
